Description
Application
Medium voltage aerial power distribution. Transformer feeders, power plants, industrial and operation installations, in places where underground networks cannot be possible, mining installations, tree-lined urban zones or with little space.
Construction
1. Conductor: Compact stranded aluminium 1350, class 2.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion in dry cure process.
5. Individual screen: Aluminium tapes.
6. Individual outer sheath: Linear Low Density Polyethylene LLDPE-UV.
7. Messenger: Galvanized stranded steel wire cable with LLDPE-UV sheath.
Main characteristics
Excellent properties against heat aging. Resistance to abrasion, moisture and sunlight. Good resistance to traction. The outer sheath has the following characteristics: low emission dense smoke and halogen free. Flame retardant.
Cross section:
From 25 mm2 up to 240 mm2.
Marking:
INDECO S.A. NA2XSA2Y-S 8,7/15 kV - Nb. Coresx1xSection - Year - Sequential length.
Packing:
Non returnable wooden reels.
Colour:
Insulation: Natural (Core identification with binder tapes: green(R), white(S), red(T)).
Outer sheath: Black-UV.
