Underground power distribution and sub transmission. As transformer feeders in substations. In power plants, industrial and operation installations, in residential areas and mining installations, in dry or wet locations; where high mechanical strength is required, for installation in vertical drilling mines.
1. Conductor: Compact soft copper, class B.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion.
5. Individual screen: Copper tapes.
6. 03 Bare grounding conductors: Compact soft copper, class B.
7. Separation sheath: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
8. Armour: Galvanized steel wires.
9. Tape: Polyester tape.
10. Outer sheath: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
Conductor temperature of 90°C for normal operation, 130°C for emergency overload and 250°C for short circuit conditions. Excellent properties against heat aging. Its armor provides additional mechanical protection. Resistance to moisture, abrasion and sunlight. Resistance to combustible liquids and oils according to UIC 895 OR. Resistance to sulfuric acid according to SAE J1127. Fire retardant according to IEEE 1202/FT-4.
