1. Conductor: Compact stranded soft copper, class B.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion in dry cure process.
5. Individual screen: Copper wires (longitudinally watertight under and over screen).
6. Individual sheath: HFFR halogen free thermoplastic compound.
7. 03 Insulated grounding conductors: Soft copper, class B - XLPE.
8. Filler: HFFR halogen free thermoplastic compound.
9. Outer sheath: HFFR-UV halogen free thermoplastic compound.
Excellent properties against heat aging. To 100% for insulation level. Its armour provides additional mechanical protection. The outer sheath has the following characteristics: Fire retardant, low emission dense smoke and halogen free. Resistance to sunlight. Adequate resistance to oils.
