1. Conductor: Round compact soft copper, class B (longitudinally watertight between and over conductor).
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion.
5. Screen: Copper tapes.
6. With or without conductor bare.
7. Separation sheath: High density polyethylene HDPE-UV.
8. Covering wire armour: Galvanized steel wires - HDPE-UV.
9. Radial watertight: Aluminium tape.
10. Outer sheath: High density polyethylene HDPE-UV (with longitudinally and radial watertight under the outer sheath).
Conductor temperature of 90°C for normal operation, 130°C for emergency overload and 250°C for short circuit conditions. Longitudinally watertight between and over conductor; and longitudinally and radial watertight under the outer sheath. To 133% for insulation level. Its armour provides additional mechanical protection. The outer sheath has the following characteristics: low emission dense smoke and halogen free. Resistance to abrasion, moisture and sunlight. Adequate resistance to greases and oils.
