Underground power distribution and sub transmission. As transformer feeders in substations. In power plants, industrial and operation installations, in residential areas and mining installations, in dry or wet locations; reduce electromagnetic interference.
1. Conductor: Compact stranded soft copper, class B.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion in dry cure process.
5. Individual screen: Copper tapes.
6. 03 insulated grounding conductors: Soft copper, class B - XLPE.
7. Overall screen: Copper tape (30mm x 0.127mm) overlapped 50%.
8. Outer sheath: HFFR halogen free thermoplastic compound - UV Resistant.
Conductor temperature of 90ºC for normal operation, 130°C for emergency overload and 250°C for short circuit conditions. Excellent properties against heat aging. Adequate to transient shield. Fire retardant, low emission dense smoke and halogen free. Adequate resistance to oil. Sunlight resistant.
