Power distribution in medium voltage, direct application in places with public attendance high. Not recommended for outdoor installations.
1. Conductor: Compact stranded 1350 aluminium, class B (longitudinally watertight between and over conductor).
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion in dry cure process.
5. Concentric conductor: Copper wires helically applied. (1/3) Concentric neutral according to ICEA S-94-649 (longitudinally watertight under and over concentric conductor).
6. Outer sheath: HFFR-UV thermoplastic compound.
Conductor temperature of 90ºC for normal operation, 130°C for emergency overload and 250°C for short circuit conditions. Longitudinally watertight between and over phase conductor; and under and over concentric conductor. Resistance to sunlight and oils. The outer sheath has the following characteristics: Fire retardant, low emission dense smoke and halogen free.
