1. Conductor: Compact stranded 1350 aluminium, class 2.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion in dry cure process.
5. Individual screen: Copper tapes.
6. 02 Bare control conductors: Compact stranded 1350 aluminium, class 2.
7. Insulated grounding conductor: Compact stranded 1350 aluminium, class 2 - XLPE.
8. Filler: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
9. Outer sheath: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
Excellent properties against heat aging. The PVC outer sheath provides an adequate resistance to abrasion, moisture and sunlight. Resistance to combustible liquids and oils according to UIC 895 OR and Gasoline Resistant GR I according to UL 44. Low halogen content according to IEC 60754-1. Fire retardant according to IEEE 1202/FT-4.
