For medium voltage power distribution. As transformer feeders in substations. In power plants, industrial and operation installations, in residential areas and mining installations, in dry or wet locations.
1. Conductor: Compact stranded 1350 aluminium, class 2.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: HEPR.
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion.
5. Screen: Copper tapes.
6. 02 Bare control conductors: Compact stranded 1350 aluminium, class 2.
7. Insulated grounding conductor: Compact stranded 1350 aluminium, class 2 - XLPE.
8. Filler: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
9. Outer sheath: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
Conductor temperature of 105ºC for normal operation, 140°C for emergency overload and 250°C for short circuit conditions. Excellent properties against heat aging. The reinforced PVC outer sheath provides an adequate resistance to abrasion according to UL 2556 7.10, moisture and sunlight. Resistance to combustible liquids and oils according to UIC 895 OR and Gasoline Resistant GR I according to UL 44. Low halogen content according to IEC 60754-1. Fire retardant according to IEEE 1202/FT-4.
