The type of conformation of the interlocked armour make has a high resistance to loads that could be placed on it.
1. Conductor: Compact stranded soft copper, class B.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion.
5. Screen: Copper tapes.
6. Separation sheath: Compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
7. Armour: Interlocked steel tape.
8. Outer sheath: Compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
Conductor temperature of 90°C for normal operation, 130°C for emergency overload and 250°C for short circuit conditions. 133 % for insul level. Its armour provides additional mechanical protection. Excellent properties against heat aging. Resistance to abrasion; moisture and sunlight. Adequate resitance to greases and oils. Flame retardant. Resistance to attack by rodents.
