Power distribution in medium voltage. To 133% for insulation level. As transformer feeders in substations. In power plants, industrial and operation installations, in residential areas mining installations where high mechanical strength is required. The interlocked aluminum armour gives greater flexibility compared to the traditional steel armour and the type of conformation of the same make has a high resistance to loads that could be placed on it.
1. Conductor: Round compact soft copper, class B.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion.
5. Screen: Copper tapes.
6. 03 Bare grounding conductor: Soft copper, class B.
7. Separation sheath: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
8. Armour: Interlocked aluminum tape.
9. Outer sheath: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
Conductor temperature of 90°C for normal operation, 130°C for emergency overload and 250°C for short circuit conditions. Its armour provides additional mechanical protection and provides flexibility compared with other types of armour. Excellent properties against heat aging. Resistance to abrasion; moisture and sunlight. Resistance to combustible liquids and oils according to UIC 895 OR. Resistance to sulfuric acid according to SAE J1127. Adequate resistance to greases and oils. Fire retardant - type FT4. Resistance to attack by rodents.
