Power distribution in medium voltage. As transformer feeders in substations. In power plants, industrial and operation installations, in residential areas mining installations where high mechanical strength is required. The type of conformation of the interlocked armour make has a high resistance to loads that could be placed on it.
1. Conductor: Round compact soft copper, class B.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion.
5. Screen: Copper tape (30mm x 0,127mm) overlapped 12,5%.
6. Bare grounding conductor: Soft copper, class B.
7. Separation sheath: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
8. Armor: Interlocked steel tape.
9. Outer sheath: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
Excellent properties against heat aging. 133 % for insul level. Its armour provides additional mechanical protection and provides flexibility compared with other types of armour. Resistance to moisture, abrasion and sunlight. Resistance to combustible liquids and oils according to UIC 895 OR. Resistance to sulfuric acid according to SAE J1127. Fire retardant according to IEEE 1202/FT-4. Resistance to attack by rodents.
