Power distribution in medium voltage, direct application in places with high public attendance.
1. Conductor: Flexible soft copper, class 5.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion in dry cure process.
5. Screen: Copper tapes (with longitudinally watertight under and over the screen).
6. Fire protection tape.
7. Radial watertight: Single-ply aluminium tape.
8. Outer sheath: HFFR-UV halogen free thermoplastic compound.
Excellent properties against heat aging. With longitudinally watertight under and over the screen; radial watertight under the outer sheath. To 133% for insulation level. The outer sheath has the following characteristics: Does not spread the fire according to IEC 60332-3-23 Cat. B, low emission of dense smoke and halogen free. Adequate resistance to oil. Sunlight resistant.
