Power distribution in medium voltage. As transformer feeders in substations. In power plants, industrial and operation installations, in residential areas mining installations where high mechanical strength is required. The interlocked aluminum armour gives greater flexibility compared to the traditional steel armour and the type of conformation of the same make has a high resistance to loads that could be placed on it.
1. Conductor: Compacted soft copper, class B.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded 105°C.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE.
4. External semi-conductor: Fully bonded extruded.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion.
5. Screen: Copper tape (30mm x 0,127mm) overlapped 26,7%.
6. Separation sheath: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
7. Armour: Interlocked Alumninium tape.
8. Outer sheath: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
Excellent properties against heat aging. Its armour provides additional mechanical protection and provides flexibility compared with other types of armour. Resistance to moisture, abrasion and sunlight. Resistance to liquid fuels and oils according to UIC 895 OR. Resistance to sulfuric acid according to SAE J1127. Low halogen content according to IEC 60754-1. Resistant to gasoline GR I according to UL 44. Fire retardant according to IEEE 1202/FT-4.
