Power distribution in medium voltage, direct application in places with public attendance high where high mechanical strength is required, for instalation in vertical drilling mines.
1. Conductor: Compact stranded aluminium 1350, class 2.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion.
5. Individual screen: Copper tapes.
6. Grounding conductor: Compact soft copper, class 2.
7. Separation sheath: HFFR halogen free thermoplastic compound.
8. Layer armour: Two Layers of Galvanized steel wires.
9. Tape: Polyester.
10. Outer sheath: HFFR-UV halogen free thermoplastic compound.
Its armour provides additional mechanical protection. The separation sheath and outer sheath have the following characteristics: Fire retardant, low emission dense smoke and halogen free. Adequate resistance to oils. Resistant to sunlight
