StandardsInternational : IEC 60332-1-2; IEC 60332-3-24 Cat.C; IEC 60684-2; IEC 60754-1; IEC 60754-2; IEC 61034-2
National : ASTM B 8; ICEA S-95-658; UL 2556
In factories, substations or power plants where there is a lot of electrical noise or transient, for control, measuring or signaling systems. Direct application in places with high public attendance. Not recommended for outdoor installations.
1. Conductor: Compressed soft copper, class B.
2. Insulation: Anti-flame cross linked polyethylene XLPE.
3. Inner covering: HFFR halogen free thermoplastic compound.
4. Screen: Copper tapes.
5. Outer sheath: HFFR halogen free thermoplastic compound.
The cable has excellent electric properties. The cross-linked polyethylene insulation allows a higher power capacity current under any operation conditions, lower dielectric losses, high insulation resistance. The outer sheath have the following characteristics: Fire retardant, low emission of dense smoke and halogen free. Adequate resistance to oil.
From 14 AWG up to 10 AWG.
INDECO S.A. FREETOX N2XSOH-C 600 V - Nb conductors x Gauge - Year - Sequential length.
Non returnable wooden reels.
Insulation: Black with white numbers.
Outer sheath: Black.
ASTM B8: Concentric-Lay-Stranded copper conductors, hard, medium-hard, or soft.
ICEA S-95-658: Power cables rated 2000 volts or less for the distribution of electrical energy.
IEC 60332-1-2: Test for vertical flame propagation for a single insulated wire or cable - Procedure for 1 kW pre-mixed flame.
UL 2556: Wire and Cable Test Methods. Section 9.3: FT1 (Vertical-Specimen) Flame Test.
IEC 60332-3-24: Test for vertical flame spread of vertically-mounted bunched wires or cables - Category C.
IEC 60684-2: Flexible insulating sleeving - Part 2: Methods of test.
IEC 60754-1: Test on gases evolved during combustion of materials from cables - Part 1: Determination of the halogen acid gas content.
IEC 60754-2: Test on gases evolved during combustion of materials from cables - Part 2: Determination of acidity (by pH measurement) and conductivity.
IEC 61034-2: Measurement of smoke density of cables burning under defined conditions.
