1. Conductor: Compact stranded soft copper, class B.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion in Dry cure process.
5. Screen: Copper tapes.
6. Separation sheath: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
7. Armour: 1350 aluminium wires.
8. Tape: Polyester.
9. Outer sheath: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
Excellent properties against heat aging. Its armour provides additional mechanical protection. Resistance to moisture, abrasion and sunlight. Resistance to combustible liquids and oils according to UIC 895 OR and Gasoline Resistant GR I according to UL 44. Resistance to sulfuric acid according to SAE J1127. Low halogen content according to IEC 60754-1. Fire retardant according to IEEE 1202/FT-4.
