1. Conductor: Flexible soft copper, class 5.
2. Insulation: Anti-flame cross linked polyethylene XLPE.
3. Inner covering: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
4. Screen: Copper wires + copper tape in open spiral.
5. Tape: Polyester.
6. Outer sheath with tearing thread: Anti-flame and anti-rodent compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
The cross-linked polyethylene insulation allows greater current capacity in any operating condition, minimum dielectric losses, high insulation resistance. It can be installed on a tray (Tray Cable). The outer PVC cover gives it an adequate resistance to abrasion, moisture and sunlight. Resistance to liquid fuels and oils according to UIC 895 OR. Resistance to sulfuric acid according to SAE J1127. Low halogen content according to IEC 60754-1. Resistant to gasoline GR I according to UL 44. Fire retardant according to IEEE 1202/FT-4. Resistance to attack by rodents.
