Power distribution in low voltage. As transformer feeders in substations. In power plants, industrial and operation installations, in residential areas and mining installations, in dry locations or underwater (submerged) where mechanical strength is required.
1. Conductor: Compacted aluminium 8000 series, class B.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation:Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. Insulated grounding conductor: Soft copper, class B - XLPE.
5. Inner covering: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
6. Armor: Galvanized steel wires with HDPE-UV.
7. Tape: Polyester.
8. Outer sheath: High density polyethylene HDPE-UV.
Excellent properties against heat aging. The HDPE cover over each armor wire provides protection from contact with saline water. The outer sheath has the following characteristics: low emission dense smoke and halogen free. Resistance to abrasion, moisture and sunlight. Adequate resistance to greases and oils. Flame retardant.
