1. Conductor: Compact stranded soft copper, class 2.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion in dry cure process.
5. Screen: Copper tape (30mm x 0,127mm) overlapped.
6. Inner sheath: Compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
7. Fire protection tape.
8. Outer sheath: Anti-flame compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
Excellent properties against heat aging. Resistance to abrasion, moisture and sunlight. Resistance to combustible liquids and oils according to UIC 895 OR. Resistance to sulfuric acid according to SAE J1127. Low halogen content according to IEC 60754-1. Low emission acid gas, low 14%, according CSA 22.2 AG14. Gasoline Resistant GR I according to UL 44. Fire retardant according to IEC 60332-3 CAT A.
