2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: High Ethylene Polyethylene Rubber HEPR.
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
5. Screen: Copper wires (longitudinally watertight under and over screen).
6. Outer sheath: Compound polyvinyl chloride PVC.
HEPR increased safety due to its mechanical strength and toughness of the insulation. Excellent properties against heat aging. Resistance to abrasion, moisture and sunlight. Adequate resistance to greases and oils. Flame retardant.
