1. Conductor: Compact stranded 1350 aluminium, class B.
2. Inner semi-conductor: Extruded.
3. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE-TR (Tree retardant).
4. External semi-conductor: Extruded strippable.
These last three components extruded CV (continuous vulcanization) triple extrusion in dry cure process.
5. Screen: aluminium 8000 series wires.
6. Tape: Polyester.
7. Outer sheath: HFFR-UV halogen free thermoplastic compound.
Excellent properties against heat aging. The outer sheath has the following characteristics: Fire retardant, low emission dense smoke and halogen free. Adequate resistance to oils. Sunlight resistance.
