Wire: Hard copper.

Insulated: Enamel polyester (amide) (imide) overcoated with Polyamideimide.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

Excellent thermal stability with good electrical and mechanical characteristics. Resistance to abrasion. Both copper and enamel have resistance to handling and easily rolled. Good adhesion between copper and enamel.

GAUGE

From 26 AWG to 12 AWG.

PACKING

In plastic reels DIN type.

PRODUCT STANDARDS

ASTM B 1: Hard-drawn copper wire.

ANSI/NEMA MW 73-C: Magnet wire - polyester (amide)(imide) Overcoated with Polyamideimide for Hermetic Applications (Heavy, Triple, Quad).
